Common packages
Basic aerial photo sets (roughly US$100–300) show the property, lot and neighbourhood. Packages with video (about US$250–800) add a short edited flyover. Premium options include twilight shots, FPV interior flythroughs, and combined ground and aerial photography.
What to ask
Confirm the number of edited images, video length, music licensing, turnaround (often next day), and whether the provider handles airspace authorisation. For homes near airports, ask how far ahead they need to book.
